What we collect

When you use Ploughback, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your conversation. If you upload a financial model, we also process the data in that file to generate your report.

How we use your data

Your conversation is used only to generate your fundraising readiness report. We do not share your data with investors, third parties, or advertising networks.

Data retention

Your conversation data is deleted within 24 hours of your session ending. Report data is retained for 30 days so you can return for a follow-up conversation.

AI processing

Ploughback uses the Anthropic Claude API to process conversations. Anthropic does not use API-submitted data to train their models. Your conversation is not stored by Anthropic beyond the immediate request.

Cookies

We use session storage (not cookies) to remember your name and email during a single browser session. No tracking cookies are used.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time. Email us at privacy@ploughbackai.com and we will delete all records within 48 hours.
